Examination--notice to be sent to applicant--to be given annually,content.

327.617. 1. After the board has determined upon such inquiry and bysuch methods as it may consider proper that an applicant possesses thequalifications entitling the applicant to be examined, each applicant forexamination and licensure as a landscape architect shall appear before theboard or its representatives for examination at the time and placespecified by the board in a written notice to each such applicant, providedthat an examination shall be given at least once in each calendar year.

2. The written examination shall be of such form, content andduration as determined by the board to thoroughly test the qualificationsof each applicant.

3. Any person who passes the examination prescribed by the boardshall be entitled to be licensed as a landscape architect in Missouri,subject to the other provisions of sections 327.600 to 327.635.
