Right to practice as landscape architect personal right and nottransferable--may practice as member of partnership or corporation.

327.630. The right to practice as a landscape architect shall bedeemed a personal right, based upon the qualifications of the individual,evidenced by his or her license and shall not be transferable; provided,however, that any licensed landscape architect may practice his or herprofession through the medium of, or as a member or as an employee of, apartnership or corporation.
