Medical examinations of registered barbers.

328.100. The board may at any time require any barber towhom a certificate of registration is issued to be examined atthe licensee's expense by a licensed physician to ascertain ifsuch barber is free of infectious or contagious diseases and isnot afflicted with any physical or mental ailment which wouldrender him unfit to practice the occupation of barbering.
