329.110. 1. If an applicant for examination for cosmetology passesthe examination to the satisfaction of the board and has paid the feerequired and complied with the requirements pertaining to this chapter, theboard shall cause to be issued a license to that effect. The license shallbe evidence that the person to whom it is issued is entitled to engage inthe practices, occupation or occupations stipulated therein as prescribedin this chapter. The license shall be conspicuously displayed in his orher principal office, place of business, or employment.
2. Whenever anyone who has been licensed in accordance with thischapter practices any of the occupations authorized in this chapter outsideof or away from the person's principal office, place of business, oremployment, he or she shall deliver to each person in his or her care acertificate of identification. This certificate shall contain his or hersignature, the number and date of his or her license, the post officeaddress and the date upon which the certificate of identification isdelivered to the person under his or her care.
