Board to enforce law and employ personnel.

330.190. The board shall investigate all complaints of violations ofthe provisions of this chapter as provided in section 324.002, RSMo, andshall report any such violations to the proper prosecuting officers orother public officials charged with the enforcement of the provisions ofthis chapter. The board may employ such board personnel, as defined insubdivision (4) of subsection 10 of section 324.001, RSMo, as it deemsnecessary within appropriations therefor.
