Fraud, false representation, unlicensed practice--penalty.

330.210. Any person who shall unlawfully obtain licensure under thischapter, whether by false or untrue statements contained in his or herapplication to the board by presenting to said board a fraudulent diploma,certificate, or license, or one fraudulently obtained shall be deemedguilty of a class B misdemeanor; and any person not being lawfullyauthorized to practice podiatric medicine in this state and licensed asaforesaid, who shall advertise as a podiatrist, in any form, or holdhimself out to the public as a podiatrist or who shall practice as apodiatrist shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
