Subject to state and municipal regulations.

331.040. Chiropractic practitioners shall be subject to thestate and municipal regulations relating to the control ofcontagious diseases, the reporting and certifying of deaths, andall matters pertaining to public health, and such reports shallbe accepted by the officer or department to whom such report ismade.
