Dental hygienist distance learning committee established,members.

332.303. 1. Subject to appropriations, there is hereby establishedthe "Dental Hygienist Distance Learning Committee". The committee shallconsist of six members and the director of the division of professionalregistration. The director shall appoint the members of the committee,three of whom shall be dentists licensed under this chapter, and three ofwhom shall be dental hygienists holding certificates of registration underthis chapter.

2. Members of the committee shall not be compensated for theirservices, but they shall be reimbursed for actual and necessary expensesincurred in the performance of their duties. Each member shall serve untilthe committee is dissolved under section 332.305. The department shallprovide staff to the committee and aid it in the performance of its duties.
