Places of business may be inspected.

333.101. The board or any member thereof or any agent duly authorizedby it may enter the office, premises, establishment or place of business ofany licensee or registrant, or any office, premises, establishment or placewhere the practice of funeral directing, embalming, preneed selling orproviding is carried on, or where such practice is advertised as beingcarried on for the purpose of inspecting said office, premises orestablishment and for the purpose of inspecting the license andregistration of any licensee or registrant and the manner and scope oftraining given by the licensee or registrant to the apprentice operatingtherein.
