Renewal of certificate, minimum continuing education requirement,exception, retired physicians.

334.075. The board shall not renew any certificate ofregistration unless the licensee shall provide satisfactoryevidence that he has complied with the board's minimumrequirements for continuing education. At the discretion of theboard, compliance with the provisions of this section may bewaived for licensed physicians who have discontinued theirpractice of medicine because of retirement.
