Temporary license issued, when, procedure.

334.406. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of sections 334.400 to334.430, the board may issue a temporary license to practice as ananesthesiologist assistant to an applicant that has taken the examinationand is awaiting the results. A temporary license may be granted upon thepayment of a temporary license fee, the submission of all requireddocuments, and the applicant meeting the necessary qualifications, asdefined by board rule. The temporary license shall be valid until theresults of the examination are announced. The temporary license may berenewed at the discretion of the board and upon payment of the temporarylicense fee.
