Fees, deposit in board of registration for the healing arts fund,use of funds.

334.422. 1. All fees payable pursuant to the provisions of sections334.400 to 334.430 shall be collected by the division of professionalregistration, which shall transmit them to the department of revenue fordeposit in the state treasury to the credit of the board of registrationfor the healing arts fund.

2. Upon appropriation by the general assembly, the money in the fundshall be used to administer the provisions of sections 334.400 to 334.430.
