Licensed physical therapists, board to publish list of and make areport on disciplinary actions available to the public.

334.614. 1. Notwithstanding any other provisions of section 620.010,RSMo, to the contrary, the board shall at least quarterly publish a list ofthe names and addresses of all physical therapists and physical therapistassistants who hold licenses under the provisions of this chapter, andshall publish a list of all physical therapists and physical therapistassistants whose licenses have been suspended, revoked, surrendered,restricted, denied, or withheld.

2. Notwithstanding any other provisions of section 620.010, RSMo, tothe contrary, in addition, the board shall prepare and make available tothe public a report upon the disciplinary matters submitted to them wherethe board recommends disciplinary action, except in those instances whenphysical therapists and physical therapist assistants possessing licensesvoluntarily enter treatment and monitoring programs for purposes ofrehabilitation and, in such instances, only such specific action shall notbe reported with any other actions taken prior to, as part of, or followingvoluntary entrance into such treatment programs. The report shall setforth findings of fact and any final disciplinary actions of the board. Ifthe board does not recommend disciplinary action, a report stating that noaction is recommended shall be prepared and forwarded to the complainingparty.
