Physician assistant, notice required to be posted that assistant isserving--hospital may limit assistant's activities.

334.748. 1. No physician assistant shall be used in anyoffice of a physician or in a clinic or hospital unless a noticestating that a physician assistant is utilized is posted in aprominent place in such office, clinic or hospital.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 334.735 to334.748, or the rules of the Missouri state board ofregistration for the healing arts, the governing body of everyhospital shall have full authority to limit the functions andactivities of any physician assistants performed in suchhospital.
