No official, employee, board, commission or agencyof the state of Missouri, county, municipality, school districtor any other political subdivision of the state shalldiscriminate between persons licensed under this chapter andchapter 334, RSMo, when requiring or recommending services whichlegally may be performed by persons licensed under this chapterand by persons licensed under chapter 334.
