Discrimination prohibited.
337.041. No official, employee, board, commission, or agencyof the state of Missouri, county, municipality, school district,or other political subdivision shall discriminate between personslicensed under sections 337.010 to 337.090 and chapter 334, RSMo,when promulgating regulations or when requiring or recommendingservices which legally may be performed by persons licensed undersections 337.010 to 337.090 and by persons licensed under chapter334, RSMo.
