Discrimination against social workers in promulgation of rulesprohibited.

337.642. No official, employee, board, commission, or agency of thestate of Missouri, any county, any municipality, any school district, orany other political subdivision shall discriminate between persons licensedunder sections 337.600 to 337.689, when promulgating regulations or whenrequiring or recommending services that legally may be performed by personslicensed under sections 337.600 to 337.689.
