Licensees may be compelled to testify.

337.689. Nothing in sections 337.600 to 337.689 shall be construed toprohibit any person licensed pursuant to the provisions of sections 337.600to 337.689 from testifying in court hearings concerning matters ofadoption, adult abuse, child abuse, child neglect, or other matterspertaining to the welfare of children or any dependent person, or fromseeking collaboration or consultation with professional colleagues oradministrative supervisors on behalf of the client.
