Title of pharmacist--used by whom.

338.170. It shall be unlawful for any person not legallylicensed as a pharmacist to take, use or exhibit the title ofpharmacist, or licensed or registered pharmacist, or the titledruggist or apothecary, or any other title or description of likeimport.
