Prescription by practitioner licensed in another state, may befilled, requirement.
338.196. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 338.056to the contrary, a pharmacist may fill a prescription written bya practitioner licensed in a state other than Missouri accordingto the practitioner's direction as to generic substitution.
