Renewal applications to be made, when.

338.270. Application blanks for renewal permits shall bemailed to each permittee on or before the first day of the monthin which the permit expires and, if application for renewal ofpermit is not made before the first day of the following month,the existing permit, or renewal thereof, shall lapse and becomenull and void upon the last day of that month.
