Inspection of pharmacy within certain facilitiesauthorized--applicability of law.

338.314. Nothing in sections 338.010 to 338.315 shallauthorize the board of pharmacy to conduct an inspection of along-term care facility licensed under the provisions of chapter198, RSMo, by the Missouri division of aging or its successors,except that the board of pharmacy may inspect any licensedpharmacy located within a long-term care facility. However, theprovisions of sections 338.010 to 338.315 shall apply to allindividuals licensed as a pharmacist and practicing pharmacy asdefined in section 338.010.
