Renewal of license, application.

338.347. Application blanks for renewal of license shall bemailed to each licensee on or before the first day of the monthin which the license expires and, if application for renewal oflicense with required fee is not made before the first day of thefollowing month, the existing license, or renewal thereof, shalllapse and become null and void upon the last day of that month.
