Legal status of commission.

339.130. The commission may sue and be sued in its official name, andshall have a seal which shall be affixed to certified copies of records andpapers on file, and to such other instruments as the commission may direct,and all courts shall take judicial notice of such seal. Copies of recordsand proceedings of the commission, and of all papers on file in its office,certified under the said seal shall be received as evidence in all courtsof record. The office of the commission shall be at Jefferson City.
