Term of license--expiration date to appear on certificate orlicense--continuing education requirement, proof.

339.519. 1. The term of an original certificate or license issuedpursuant to sections 339.500 to 339.549 shall be for a period set by thecommission. All certificates and licenses shall be subject to renewal onthe same date. The expiration date of the certificate or license shallappear on the certificate or license and no other notice of its expirationneed be given to its holder.

2. The commission shall require every state-certified orstate-licensed real estate appraiser to provide satisfactory evidence ofthe completion of the required continuing education hours as promulgated bythe appraiser qualifications board.
