Deception or fraud in applications, taking examination orfalsely representing to public certification or licensure, penalty.

339.541. It shall be a class B misdemeanor for any person to practiceany deception or fraud with respect to his identity in connection with anapplication for certification or licensure or in the taking of an examinationfor certification as a state certified real estate appraiser or licensure as astate licensed real estate appraiser or by holding himself out to any memberof the public or representing himself as a state certified real estateappraiser or a state licensed real estate appraiser when, in fact, he is notso.
