Violations of law--criminal penalties.

339.546. Any person or corporation who knowingly violates anyprovision of sections 339.500 to 339.549 is guilty of a class Bmisdemeanor. Any officer or agent of a corporation, or member or agent ofa partnership or association, who knowingly and personally participates inor is an accessory to any violation of sections 339.500 to 339.549 isguilty of a class B misdemeanor. This section shall not be construed torelease any person from civil liability or criminal prosecution pursuant toany other law of this state. The commission may cause a complaint to befiled for a violation of section 339.501 in any court of competentjurisdiction, and perform such other acts as may be necessary to enforcethe provisions of sections 339.500 to 339.549.
