Evidence of intent to engage in practice.

340.218. The use of any title, words, abbreviations,letters or symbol in a manner or under circumstances which inducethe reasonable belief that the person using them is qualified todo any act described in subdivision (24) of section 340.200 isprima facie evidence of the intention to represent such person asengaged in the practice of veterinary medicine under sections340.200 to 340.330.
