Failure to qualify for examination, notice, contents, appeal.

340.236. 1. If the board determines that an applicant is notqualified to sit for the examination or for licensure under section340.238, the executive director shall notify the applicant in writing. Thenotification shall include specific findings of the board as to theapplicant's failure to qualify, inform the applicant that he or she mayrequest a hearing before the board on the question of the applicant'squalifications, and inform the applicant of his or her right, pursuant tosection 621.120, RSMo, to file a complaint with the administrative hearingcommission.

2. No person shall be refused a license to practice veterinarymedicine in the state of Missouri because of race, creed, sex, color ornational origin.
