Application for reinstatement of license--period.

340.266. If the board orders the license to be revoked, theboard may provide that the person may not apply for reinstatementof license, certificate or registration, or permit for a periodof at least one year and not more than seven years following thedate of the revocation. Any stay order will toll the period ofrevocation.
