Immunity of persons cooperating with the board.

340.282. Any person who in good faith and without malicereports, provides information or cooperates in any manner withthe board, or assists the board in any manner, including, but notlimited to, applicants or licensees, whether or not the applicantor licensee is the subject of an investigation, recordcustodians, consultants, attorneys, board members, agents,employees, staff or expert witnesses, in the course of anyinvestigation, hearing or other proceeding conducted by or beforethe board pursuant to the provisions of sections 340.200 to340.330 shall not be subject to an action for civil damages andno cause of action shall arise against him as a result thereof.
