Plumbers must have certificates.

341.010. That any person now or hereafter engaging orworking at the business of plumbing in cities or towns of fifteenthousand or more inhabitants in this state, either as masterplumber or journeyman plumber, shall first receive a certificatethereof in accordance with the provisions of sections 341.010 to341.080.
