Plumbing regulated by city.

341.060. Each city with a population of fifteen thousand ormore in the state shall, by ordinance, within three months afterthe passage of sections 341.010 to 341.080, prescribe rules andregulations for the material, construction and inspection of allplumbing and sewerage placed in, or in connection with, anybuilding in each city, and the board of health or properauthorities shall further provide that no plumbing work shall bedone without a permit being issued therefor upon such terms andconditions as said city shall prescribe.
