Inspector--qualifications.

341.070. Each city with a population of fifteen thousand ormore in the state, shall by ordinance, within three months afterthe passage of sections 341.010 to 341.080, create an office ofplumbing inspector, whose duty it shall be to inspect allplumbing installed and furnish a certificate of approval of thesame. Said plumbing inspector shall not have less than sixyears' practical experience at the plumbing business, and shallnot be interested, either directly or indirectly, with any firmor corporation engaged in the plumbing business. The salary ofsaid plumbing inspector to be provided for by the respectivecities.
