Definitions.

341.090. 1. The word "person" as used herein shall beconstrued to mean a natural person, firm, corporation,association, partnership or common law trust and shall includethe owner, lessee or keeper of any building or premises or theagent thereof or building contractor engaged in the constructionof any building or structure.

2. The term "minor repairs" shall be construed to meanrepairs within the interior of any building to leaks in drains,pipes, traps and cocks, opening waste or supply pipes, traps ordrains, and repairing broken fixtures or frozen pipes. It shallnot be construed to include any work involving connections tosoil pipes, supply pipes, waste pipes, vent pipes or inside rainleader pipes, or the replacing or setting of any fixture, or anyother installation, repair or alteration which in the judgment ofthe supervisor is of such a nature which if improperly installed,repaired or altered would endanger the public health.

3. The word "apprentice" as used herein shall be construedto mean a person learning the principles and art of installingplumbing and drainage facilities, under the personal directionand supervision of a licensed master plumber or a licensedjourneyman plumber.
