Acting as nursing home administrator without license, penalty.

344.100. Any person who acts or serves in the capacity of anursing home administrator without being properly licensed by theMissouri board of nursing home administrators as provided insections 344.010 to 344.100 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, uponconviction, shall be punished as provided by law. The boardshall immediately notify the licensing authority for nursinghomes whenever a proceeding has been initiated to suspend orrevoke the license of a nursing home administrator and wheneverthe license of a nursing home administrator is suspended,revoked, or not renewed.
