Employees, selection and compensation, how.

345.035. 1. The board may, within the limits of appropriations,employ such board personnel as defined in subdivision (4) of subsection 10of section 324.001, RSMo, as may be necessary to carry out its duties.

2. All expenses of the board shall be paid only from appropriationsmade for that purpose from the board of registration for the healing artsfund.
