Licensee to report address of business to board, record to bekept--notices, sent where.

346.090. 1. A licensee shall notify the board in writing of theregular address of the place or places where the licensee engages orintends to engage in the practice of fitting hearing instruments, and theboard shall keep a record of the place of business of licensees.

2. Any notice required to be given by the board to a person who holdsa license shall be mailed to the licensee at the address of the last knownplace of business.
