Claims among managers or members.

347.095. Nothing contained in sections 347.079 to 347.090shall have any application to claims among members, managers, orthe limited liability company on the one hand, and persons whoassert claims against a member, manager or a limited liabilitycompany which do not arise from the claimant's status as a memberor manager of that limited liability company.
