Remedies of member entitled to distribution.

347.107. At the time a member becomes entitled to receive adistribution in accordance with sections 347.010 to 347.187 andthe operating agreement, that member has the status of, and isentitled to, all remedies available to a creditor of the limitedliability company with respect to the distribution.
