Note issue and renewal--bond issues and refunding authorized.

348.120. 1. The authority shall have the power, from timeto time, to issue notes to renew notes and bonds to pay notes,including the interest thereon, and, whenever it deems refundingexpedient, to refund any bonds by the issuance of new bonds,whether the bonds to be refunded have or have not matured, and toissue bonds partly to refund bonds then outstanding and partlyfor any of its corporate* purposes.

2. Bonds or notes may be issued under the provisions ofsections 348.005 to 348.180 without obtaining the consent of anydepartment, division, commission, board, body, bureau, or agencyof this state, and without any other proceedings or the happeningof any conditions or things other than those proceedings,conditions, or things which are specifically required by sections348.005 to 348.180 and by the provisions of the resolutionauthorizing the issuance of such bonds or notes, or the trustagreement securing the same.
