Compliance with other state laws regulating bonds, notes, obligations,not required.

348.155. The issuance of bonds, notes, and other obligationsand refunding bonds under the provisions of sections 348.005 to348.180 need not comply with the requirements of any other statelaw applicable to the issuance of bonds, notes, and otherobligations. No proceedings, notice, or approval shall berequired for the issuance of any such bonds, notes, and otherobligations, or any instrument as security therefor, except as isprovided in sections 348.005 to 348.180.
