Alteration or impairment of terms, rights and remedies by state,prohibited--face of instruments to contain state pledge.

348.160. The state does hereby pledge to and agree with theholders of any notes or bonds issued under sections 348.005 to348.180 that the state shall not limit or alter the rights herebyvested in the authority to fulfill the terms of any agreementmade with such holders thereof, nor in any way impair the rightsand remedies of such holders until such notes and bonds, togetherwith the interest thereon and the interest on any unpaidinstallments of interest, and all costs and expenses inconnection with any action or proceeding by or on behalf of suchholders, are fully met and discharged. The authority isauthorized to include this pledge and agreement of the state inany agreement with the holders of such notes or bonds.
