Single-purpose animal facilities loan guarantee fundestablished--administration.

348.200. 1. There is hereby established in the state treasury the"Single-Purpose Animal Facilities Loan Guarantee Fund". The fund shallconsist of money appropriated to it by the general assembly, charges,gifts, grants and bequests from federal, private or other sources.Notwithstanding the provisions of section 33.080, RSMo, no portion of thefund shall be transferred to the general revenue fund.

2. All moneys received by the authority for payments made onpreviously defaulted guaranteed loans shall be paid promptly into the statetreasury and deposited in the fund.

3. The fund shall be administered by the Missouri agricultural andsmall business development authority organized pursuant to sections 348.005to 348.180.

4. Beginning with fiscal year 1994-1995, the general assembly mayappropriate moneys not to exceed four million dollars for the establishmentand initial funding of the single-purpose animal facilities loan guaranteefund.
