Animal waste facilities loan program guarantees--priorities,limitations.

348.220. If the Missouri clean water commission makesavailable to the authority any funds for implementation of theauthority's animal waste facilities loan program, loans madepursuant to that program are eligible for loan guarantees underthe provisions of sections 348.185 to 348.225. A loan made underthe animal waste facilities loan program may be combined withloans made by eligible lenders under the provisions of sections348.185 to 348.225, but the eligible lender shall have firstpriority on payments of defaults from the fund. A loan madeunder the animal waste facilities loan program shall not besubject to any dollar amount limitation otherwise imposed by anyprovision of law or a loan guaranteed under the provisions ofsections 348.185 to 348.225.
