Debts incurred not debt of the state--subject to not-for-profitcorporation law.

348.266. 1. Debts incurred by the Missouri technology corporationestablished pursuant to the authority of sections 348.251 to 348.275 do notrepresent or constitute a debt of this state within the meaning of theprovisions of the constitution or statutes of this state.

2. The Missouri technology corporation established pursuant tosections 348.251 to 348.275 shall be subject to all provisions of chapter355, RSMo, which do not conflict with the provisions of sections 348.251 to348.275.
