Construction of provisions.

348.312. No provision of sections 348.300 to 348.318* shallbe construed to require a qualified economic developmentorganization to accept an interest in any fund, nor shall anyprovision of sections 348.300 to 348.318* be construed to limit orrestrict the terms and conditions on which a qualified economicdevelopment organization may agree to accept an interest in anyfund.
