348.415. The authority, by rule, shall determine the policy ofcollections and recovery of agricultural business development loans,including the use of private collection agencies. The authority mayinstitute action to recover any amount due the state in any loantransaction, use private collection agencies, or otherwise carry out thepolicy of the authority. The eligible lender making the original loanshall cooperate with the authority in the collection of the agriculturalbusiness development loan and shall use its regular collection proceduresbefore any action taken by the authority.
