Disclaimer as to impairment of other powers of political subdivisions.

349.100. Nothing herein contained shall impair or affect thepower or jurisdiction of the municipality, county, township, orschool districts in which the corporations organized hereunderare located, and such corporations shall conform to applicableregulations of any governmental authority having jurisdictiontherein.
