Corporation organized under special law may file certification ofacceptance of this law.

351.025. Any existing corporation heretofore organized for profitunder any special law of this state may accept the provisions of thischapter and be entitled to all of the rights, privileges and benefitsprovided by this chapter, as well as accepting the obligations and dutiesimposed by this chapter, by filing with the secretary of state acertificate of acceptance of this chapter, signed by its president andsecretary, duly authorized by its board of directors, and approved by theaffirmative vote of a majority of its outstanding shares.
